Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The HYPX Wholesale website (www.hypxwholesale.com) is operated by VYBN Industries (OPC) Pvt Ltd, 2nd floor, A-13, 3rd Phase, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032, India ("HYPX", "we"). For any question about this policy, email aravind@hypxwholesale.com or call +91 89392 21302.

2. Information you give us

• Contact and free-sample forms: your name, email address, phone number, address or city, brand name, website or social profile, the product and quantity you are interested in, and your message.
• Quote requests: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, and the products, quantities and colours in your quote cart.

3. How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and samples, process and deliver orders, and keep a record of our communication with you.

4. Where it is stored

Enquiries and quote requests are saved in the content management system we use to run the website (Sanity) and are sent to our team by email. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the information on our behalf to run these services.

5. Analytics, advertising and embedded content

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising, including when a contact or quote form is submitted. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and receive information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your IP address, under their own privacy policies. Videos on some pages are embedded from YouTube, and reviewer photos in the Google reviews section load from Google; those services may also receive your IP address and set their own cookies.

6. Information kept in your browser

Your quote cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. It is only sent to us when you submit a quote request. The site also remembers, for the current browser session, that you have seen the free-sample pop-up so it is not shown again.

7. Your choices

You can contact us at aravind@hypxwholesale.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. See also our Terms and Conditions.
